Needle felted Humplecrimp from the BFG movie

Another fan-craft I made
Since I first re-watched the 90´s British animated movie adaption of Roald Dahl´s classic "The BFG"  I came up with the idea to make a plushie of the Humplecrimp...
When I was a kid I loved watching the VHS of the German version of this, and I fell in love with the little mouse-like critter that lives in the BFG´s cave- sometimes the minor details or sidekicks are the most lovable Though it was a bit weird to imagine a mouse having the size of a 8-year-old child (of course in Giant Country, there are also giant animals according to the proportions.... and in the movie there´s one scene where Sophie hugs the Humplecrimp)
Through some research on the internet I found out that this fictional species of rodent even has an official name, so now I use it!
(before I found out about it, it was just the "strange cute little mouse thing" to me)
